We are seeking an experienced Project Specialist to support a high-impact Growth Mindset transformation initiative within Human Resources. This role is part of a multi-year cultural change program focused on embedding growth mindset principles into leadership behaviors, employee habits, systems, and organizational processes. This role is temporary for an estimated 6 months and works hybrid, 3 days in office, in Arden Hills.

This is an exciting opportunity for a project coordination professional who enjoys working at the intersection of people, culture, and process improvement and wants to contribute to a meaningful, enterprise-wide transformation.


About the Role

The Project Specialist will support the planning, coordination, and execution of project management activities across multiple workstreams. Working closely with a Project Manager and cross-functional stakeholders, this role helps maintain momentum, ensure alignment, and support the activation, scaling, and reinforcement phases of the Growth Mindset program roadmap.

You'll play a hands-on role in organizing governance forums, supporting stakeholders, tracking progress, and ensuring project deliverables are executed on time and with quality.


Key Responsibilities


  • Analyze current systems, processes, and procedures to identify opportunities for enhancement and integration



  • Manage one to two process improvement or integration projects, supporting end-to-end execution



  • Own project documentation including project plans, requirements, deliverables, and status reports



  • Collaborate with multiple internal departments across HR and the broader organization



  • Support project planning sessions and post-project reviews, providing guidance to project teams to drive strong performance



  • Consolidate and refine project updates into program-level and senior leadership reports



  • Drive process and requirement definition to support effective use of project management tools and technologies



  • Support project teams in leveraging Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration technologies



  • Ensure compliance with all quality system requirements, building quality into every aspect of the work




Qualifications


  • 3+ years of Project Coordinator or Project Specialist experience



  • Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of experience, or MBA with 1-3 years of experience



  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices



  • PMP certification is not required, but considered a plus



  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills



  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively in a hybrid, cross-functional environment



The base pay range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role. Actual pay may vary based on location, experience, and performance.
