Job Description

Job Summary: This position will provide an opportunity to work within the Operations Department of Needham Bank and work with a highly skilled team to gain insight into multiple areas of the department and help with a variety of tasks and projects as needed

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Sort and open daily mail
  • Process returned mail
  • Mail out operations letters and statements
  • Review loan presentations to determine accurate loan purpose and collateral codes
  • Consolidate legacy files in the record room
  • Prepare payoff quotes
  • Scanning files
  • Perform research at a supervisors request
  • Participation in project teams to facilitate process improvement, system implementation, conversions and data management functions
  • Attend meetings and take minutes
  • Other duties as deemed necessary

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE



  • Pursuit of Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field
  • Interest in Banking preferred



PAY RANGE: $20.00/hourly
