Shift: 8:30 pm - 5 am

Here's the deal: Staffmark is seeking a detail-oriented and organizedWarehouse Clerk to provide clerical and administrative support to assigned warehouse areas or shifts, ensuring accurate documentation, efficient communication, and smooth daily operations.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of clerical and/or warehouse experience (preferred).
• Prior experience operating forklift equipment (preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.

Essential Functions:

• Provide clerical support for warehouse functions such as Receiving, Shipping, Returns, Inventory Control, and Quality Control.
• Coordinate activities and communicate with warehouse clerks, supervisors, customers, and suppliers as needed.
• Utilize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to update area or shift metrics.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports, summaries, and documentation, including confidential or technical information.
• Perform basic administrative tasks, including filing, recordkeeping, and document management.
• Gather information from warehouse associates and relay accurate information to management and team members.
• Coordinate meetings, communications, and workflow activities for the assigned area or shift.
• Assist with floor work and perform additional warehouse-related duties as assigned.
