The Readiness Implementation Analyst is responsible for planning, prioritizing, and executing initiatives that support business objectives across the enterprise. This role provides functional expertise to IT product teams, ensuring that changes are clearly understood, impacts are communicated, and stakeholders are equipped for successful adoption. Operating at an experienced professional level, this position applies developing decision-making authority and subjectmatter knowledge to contribute to team outcomes and continuous value stream improvement. Perform other duties as assigned.

Key Accountabilities



  • Plan, prioritize, and execute initiatives aligned to business and enterprise objectives.
  • Provide domain knowledge and expertise to IT Product Teams to support business outcomes.
  • Assess and communicate impacts of changes across stakeholders
  • Ensure stakeholders are fully informed, aligned, and prepared for upcoming changes and initiatives.
  • Contribute to team work practices, functional objectives, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Apply moderate decisionmaking latitude to manage tasks and projects within area of specialty.
  • Support crossfunctional collaboration to advance strategic priorities.
  • Uphold organizational policies including ADA compliance and reasonable accommodation processes.
  • Work effectively in hybrid, remote, or inoffice environments while maintaining productivity and communication.


Required Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in related field
  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience beyond degreelevel requirements.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience supporting product, change management, or readiness initiatives.
  • Exposure to enterpriselevel decisionmaking or continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Prior experience working within a matrixed or crossfunctional environment.

  • Ability to interpret and communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
  • Sound judgment with developing decisionmaking capabilities.

  • Competence using computer systems, virtual meeting platforms, and office technologies.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks with appropriate latitude.
  • Capability to function effectively in remote, hybrid, or inoffice settings.


This position is an Office role, which requires an employee to work onsite at our Minnetonka, MN office, on average, 3 days per week.

The full salary grade for this position is $70,200 - 120,400. While the full salary grade is provided, the typical hiring salary range for this role is expected to be between $70,200 - 105,315. Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data.
