About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and customerfocused Customer Service Representative to join our Dealer Support team. This role is responsible for coordinating all activities necessary to provide sales, service, and distribution support to our domestic customers. The position supports our busy season. You will manage customer purchase orders, support sales partners, analyze demand and inventory, and strengthen customer relationships. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fastpaced environment, enjoys problemsolving, and excels at professional communication. Location: Fully InOffice for First 3-4 Months (Hybrid After Training) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (1hour lunch) Work Environment: Professional office setting; businesscasual dress code; jeans on Fridays Primary Responsibilities * Manage customer purchase orders from entry through invoicing * Respond to customer requests, inquiries, and complaints * Analyze inventory levels and customer demand data * Support Sales in addressing customer needs * Maintain customer records and produce customer information reports * Build strong relationships with customers and internal crossfunctional teams * Collaborate and foster teamwork within the department * Provide backup support to colleagues as needed * Travel occasionally in support of sales activities (infrequent) Qualifications * Bachelor's degree required (Business, Marketing, Finance preferred) * 1-2 years of relevant experience in: * Sales * Customer service (retail/restaurant acceptable) * Supply chain * Manufacturing * Strong computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office * SAP experience helpful but not required Employee Value Proposition * Hybrid schedule available after 3-4 months of onsite training * Professional, supportive environment * Opportunity to move into other internal roles after peak season * Businesscasual environment with a relaxed Friday dress code Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Louis, MO. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
