About the Role We're seeking a dependable, motivated Warehouse Associate with experience in automated warehouse environments to join our Material Management team. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and critical to to configure, process, and deliver technology hardware to customers nationwide. If you enjoy a mix of shipping, receiving, inventory control, problem-solving, and operating warehouse equipment-this is the role for you. Monday - Friday 8am-5pm Key Responsibilities * Ship and receive product, ensuring quality and identifying any damage * Store materials according to established procedures and layout * Assist with maintaining accurate inventory records * Enter inventory data into the ERP system * Follow inventory management Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) * Pick and prepare customer orders for shipment * Troubleshoot inventory and processing issues using ERP and reporting tools * Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment * Maintain general cleanliness and organization of the warehouse * Support material management tasks as needed Required Qualifications * 1-2 years of experience in an automated warehouse environment using scanning/scangun technology * Physically able to lift up to 75 lbs * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Ability to follow SOPs accurately * Dependable, enthusiastic, and able to multitask * Experience with ERP systems (preferred, not required) Work Environment * Warehouse setting where field equipment is configured and processed * Hands-on, fast-paced environment with daily operational variety * Frequent use of scanning tools, ERP systems, pallet jacks, and forklifts * Team-oriented culture with emphasis on accuracy and accountability Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Shakopee, MN. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
