Job Description Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Accountant, Consolidation and SEC Reporting to support our external financial reporting and global consolidation processes. This individual will play a key role in preparing and reviewing SEC filings, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements, and supporting the monthly and quarterly close and consolidation activities across the organization. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical accounting expertise with experience in public company reporting and consolidations, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Competencies
Must be able to bend, squat, crouch and/or reach and lift up to 25 pounds or more, as required by the job.
