Why We Need You Our operations rely on financial accuracy, strong internal controls, and seamless administrative support to keep production running smoothly and safely. We need a Plant Controller who can own the financial and accounting responsibilities for the business unit while supporting plant operations across quality, food safety, compliance, and administrative functions. Your leadership will ensure we uphold our commitment to integrity, regulatory compliance, efficiency, and the principle: "Do the Right Thing, Always." Who You'll Be Working With Reporting directly to the Corporate Controller, you will work closely with him and the Division President, providing essential financial insights and management reporting to guide decisionmaking. You'll collaborate daily with plant leadership, commercial and operational teams, quality assurance, and administrative staff. You'll also serve as a key liaison to financial auditors, the corporate finance group, and local ERP/system upgrade teams, ensuring alignment across departments and locations. Who You Are You are a seasoned accounting or finance professional who thrives in a handson operational environment. You bring strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of GAAP and cost accounting, and the ability to manage complex workflows with accuracy and consistency. You communicate clearly, lead with integrity, stay calm under pressure, and support others with a collaborative, solutionsoriented mindset. You're the type of leader who builds trust, adapts quickly, and brings a proactive, detaildriven approach to everything you do.
