We are seeking an experienced SAP Application Development Manager to for leading the design, development, enhancement, and support of SAP solutions across both SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA landscapes.This role manages onshore and offshore development teams, ensures alignment with business objectives, and lead S/4 Hana transformation initiatives while maintaining stable operations for existing ECC environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Fiori application development, backend ABAP development, and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), including Cloud Application Programming (CAP) and RESTful Application Programming (RAP). This role requires deep knowledge of DevOps security best practices, code quality frameworks (ATC, SQL Planviz, etc.), and cross-functional impact analysis to ensure high-quality, scalable, and performance-optimized solutions. This role will play a critical role in driving standardization, extensibility, and integration frameworks, leveraging SAP's Key User Extensibility tools, decoupled development, and the AIF framework for seamless integration. Hiring Range At Komatsu, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. This role pays $160,000-$170,000. The actual offer will consider a wide range of factors, including experience and location.
