Overview:


The Commercial Effectiveness Manager is responsible for establishing, governing, and accelerating the flow of commercial content, branding, and messaging across the enterprise. This role ensures consistent, high-quality communication aligned to commercial priorities, enabling teams to execute with clarity, speed, and impact.



This position serves as a central point of accountability for commercial communication effectiveness, partnering closely with Marketing, Communications, and Strategy to ensure enterprise alignment and disciplined execution. Success in this role will be demonstrated by stronger commercial clarity, faster execution, improved cross-functional alignment, and consistent enterprise-wide messaging that directly supports RelaDyne's commercial performance and growth.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities



In addition to the essential job functions described below, all associates will perform other duties as assigned to meet evolving business needs.



Commercial Content, Branding & Governance



  • Own and govern the enterprise-wide flow of commercial content, branding, and messaging
  • Establish standards and processes to ensure message consistency, quality, and prioritization
  • Serve as the primary owner of internal commercial branding and messaging alignment


Execution, Platforms & Prioritization



  • Develop, build, and own RelaNet as the central hub for commercial content and updates
  • Lead weekly commercial communications to ensure timely, relevant, and actionable delivery
  • Drive commercial prioritization and bandwidth management to focus resources on the highest-impact initiatives
  • Partner with stakeholders to sequence and align content delivery with commercial strategy


Cross-Functional Alignment & Leadership Support



  • Partner with Marketing, Internal Communications, External Communications, and Strategy teams to deliver cohesive commercial messaging
  • Act as a connector across commercial and enterprise functions to enable aligned execution
  • Provide charter support for commercial initiatives and executive communications
  • Coordinate rapid-response commercial support during critical or time-sensitive situations



Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)



  • Consistency and clarity of commercial messaging across the enterprise
  • Adoption and engagement of RelaNet and enterprise commercial communications
  • Improved prioritization discipline and reduction in ad-hoc requests
  • Timely delivery of high-impact commercial initiatives
  • Stakeholder satisfaction across Marketing, Communications, and Strategy partners


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field required
  • 2-5 years of progressive experience in commercial operations, marketing, communications, or a related business function
  • Demonstrated experience managing and governing content, messaging, or communications across multiple stakeholders or teams
  • Proven ability to prioritize work, manage competing demands, and drive execution in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Strong understanding of internal branding, message consistency, and governance principles
  • Experience partnering with Marketing, Communications, and Strategy teams to deliver aligned business initiatives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate strategy into clear, actionable messaging
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to lead initiatives independently, exercise sound judgment, and influence without direct authority
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous or rapidly changing environments and responding to time-sensitive business needs
  • Proficiency with collaboration and content platforms (e.g., intranet/portal tools, Microsoft Office, or similar systems)
