Home Loan Processing Specialist Job Summary We're seeking a Home Loan Processing Specialist to support various home lending channels. This entry-level role focuses on accurate data processing, document review, and workflow coordination to ensure smooth and compliant loan operations. Key Responsibilities * Perform data entry and validation * Initiate thirdparty orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood cert, credit, etc.) * Review and verify loan documents * Handle routine inquiries via phone, email, and chat * Monitor and manage work queues * Complete additional tasks as assigned Skills & Qualifications * HS Diploma or equivalent * Proficient in Microsoft Office * First mortgage industry experience required * Loan Processing and/or Underwriting * Knowledge of Federal, State & Local regulations * Familiarity with Encompass LOS * Strong typing, organizational, and analytical skills Top Skills Loan processing * Loan review * Mortgage processing * Document review * Mortgage loan processing Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
