Job Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt


Location: Four Seasons Environmental, Inc. - Monroe, Ohio


Salary Range : $52,000 - $58,000 annually. This position also includes an employer paid fringe benefit of $5.50 per hour applied toward medical benefits, with an approximate annual value of $11,440.


Overview


The HR Coordinator is a high functioning administrative and operational role responsible for executing core HR processes with accuracy, consistency, and timeliness for a mid sized federal contractor with multiple project and contract locations. This position is designed as a hands on administrative and operational role focused on the accurate execution of established HR processes and independently managing detailed HR work within established policies procedures and direction provided by HR leadership.


The HR Coordinator provides administrative support for leave and accommodation processes, benefits administration, HR systems, and compliance documentation across the organization. This role is responsible for supporting annual benefit open enrollment, HR reporting, and HR operations across all sites, while serving as a direct administrative support resource to the Vice President of Human Resources for day to day activities and assigned projects.


This role does not carry leadership strategic influence or people management responsibilities. The focus is on execution, documentation, tracking, and follow through to ensure HR operations run smoothly and compliantly across multiple project locations.


Leave Administration and Records Management

Execute day to day administration of employee leave programs including FMLA, ADA, workers compensation and short term disability by



  • Processing leave requests and documentation in accordance with established procedures
  • Tracking eligibility notices certifications and leave usage
  • Maintaining accurate confidential leave records and logs
  • Coordinating information between employees managers HR leadership and third party administrators
  • Monitoring return to work paperwork and status updates


Benefits Administration Support

Perform administrative benefits tasks including



  • Processing benefit enrollments qualifying life events and system updates
  • Assisting with annual open enrollment setup communications and follow up
  • Responding to routine employee benefit questions using existing resources
  • Coordinating benefit related documentation with carriers and brokers
  • Maintaining benefits files and reconciliation support


Compliance Documentation and Audits

Support HR compliance through accurate documentation and tracking by



  • Maintaining personnel files to meet federal and state requirements
  • Preparing and organizing documentation for audits and reporting
  • Tracking required compliance deadlines and training completion
  • Updating logs spreadsheets and systems used for compliance monitoring
  • Escalating missing documentation or potential issues to HR leadership


Recruitment and Onboarding Administration

Provide administrative support for hiring and onboarding including



  • Coordinating interview schedules and pre employment steps
  • Processing onboarding paperwork I-9 verification and system entry
  • Coordinating background checks and security clearance documentation
  • Scheduling orientations and required training


HR Systems and Reporting

  • Maintain accurate employee data in the HRIS
  • Run standard HR reports and distribute as directed
  • Perform routine audits to ensure data accuracy and completeness
  • Support system updates and testing as assigned


Employee Support

  • Serve as a first point of contact for routine HR questions
  • Provide information based on established policies and procedures
  • Route non routine or sensitive issues to HR leadership
  • Document inquiries and actions taken


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience
  • 4 to 6 years of HR administrative or coordinator experience
  • Direct experience processing leave and benefits transactions
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of work
  • Experience working with HRIS systems and confidential data


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a multi location or federal contractor environment
  • Familiarity with FMLA, ADA and benefits administration processes
  • HR certification a plus

Working Conditions

  • Full time onsite role based in Monroe Ohio
  • Monday through Friday schedule
  • Occasional travel may be required for onboarding or audit support
