Job Title: Practice Coordinator

Location(s): San Francisco, CA

Position Summary:
The Practice Coordinator will support the Orthopaedic Surgery department in a high-volume call center administrative capacity. This role is fully onsite and focused on delivering efficient, accurate, and professional administrative support while serving as a key point of contact for patients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment.
  • Provide administrative support related to scheduling, inquiries, and general coordination.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-up as required.
  • Collaborate effectively with clinical and administrative staff to support clinic operations.
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times

Volume:

  • Approximately 400 calls per day.

Required Skills and Characteristics:

  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Clear and professional verbal communication.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented approach.
  • Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Experience Requirements:

  • No specific years of experience required.

Additional Details:

  • Candidate will remain at one campus for the duration of the assignment.
  • Non-APeX trained candidates are welcome.
  • No weekends required.

Shift:

  • Day, 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30).
  • Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:30 (No weekends).
