About the Role

We are seeking a Production Operator II to join our team at our Cayce, SC bakery. As a Production Operator II, you will be accountable for operating and adjusting production equipment to ensure products meet Aspire Bakeries' quality and foodsafety specifications. You will maintain equipment settings, ensure supplies are available, complete accurate documentation, and uphold GMP, hygiene, and safety standards throughout the production process.

Shift & Schedule

• Shift: 3rd
• Hours: 10PM - 6:30AM
• Weekend availability: Required

Core Accountabilities (What You'll Be Doing)

• Operate and adjust production machinery to ensure products meet specification and quality standards
• Maintain proper equipment settings and ensure supplies remain stocked for continuous production
• Complete accurate production reports and required documentation
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in compliance with GMP and safety rules
• Identify, report, and support resolution of food safety, quality, maintenance, or hygiene concerns
• Follow production schedules, running orders, and recipe requirements to support efficient output
• Perform additional duties as needed to support team and production operations

Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)

• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
• 2 years of manufacturing experience (or transferable experience)
• Equipment and product knowledge, including basic troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with frequent changes
• Ability to work effectively as part of a highfunctioning team
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to meet physical requirements (lifting up to 50 lbs., standing, bending, climbing, and working around moving equipment)

Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success)

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in food manufacturing
• Basic computer skills
