Position Description:
This position is located at the client site in Auburn Hills, MI.
The Dedicated Well-being Program Coordinator I (PC I) will work onsite at a Northa American headquarters environment supporting first and second shift employees. This position also requires ~5% local travel to the client's neighboring facilities to support their onsite wellness program.
The PC I will work collaboratively with the client's health promotion team, raise awareness of the onsite wellness program, conduct onsite health screenings, offer face-to-face health coaching, manage the Wellness Champion Network, and help to create a culture of well-being at the client site.
