Manager of Reporting & Analytics

Summary:
We are in search of a manager to lead our Reporting and Analytics team in the Network Transformation Organization. You will lead a group of analysts responsible for providing reporting and analytics support across the Network Transformation team and externally to other organizations across the company.

The team is responsible for:
* Reporting on customer impacting metrics as reflected through our network elements
* Supporting FOAs and other rollouts to measure customer impact
* Ad-hoc reporting and analytics work supporting other Network Transformation teams
* Project Management and Ownership team
* Pole Administration
* Joint Use
* Ad-hoc network reporting requests for other Network Teams
* Other reporting and data projects as assigned

Your work will be analytical, data oriented and operational in nature; your intelligence, drive, and interpersonal skills will all be equally important to your success. The work of you and your team will have a direct tangible impact on our customers, employees, and company performance.

Job Responsibilities:
* Prioritizing the work of the team to maximize impact and results
* Reading out of data results to company executives
* Defining KPIs to measure the performance of the team
* Identifying opportunities for knowledge improvements across team members and working with them on growth opportunities
* Working cross-functionally across the organization to build relationships, share data and drive results

Job Requirements:
* Demonstrated drive and desire to improve business performance
* Demonstrated aptitude for analytical thinking and data-based decision-making
* Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems
* Work experience in strategy, engineering, or analytics; high-rigor business analytics background preferred
* Strong financial and business acumen with the ability to identify and evaluate opportunities is preferred
* Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years working experience or equivalent experience
