Come build your future with us! About the Role In this role you will be managing training programs and curriculum development for assigned business units. The role is remote but requires occasional travel within the region, including visits to communities, and may occasionally require travel outside the assigned region for special assignments. Candidates should reside within The San Francisco Bay Area. What We're Looking For Education & Certifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; instructional design certification preferred Experience 3+ years in training or L&D; multifamily housing experience preferred Skills & Competencies Curriculum development Facilitation LMS administration Project management Strong communication and analytical skills ## Join Our Team! Apply today and help us shape the future of training at Fairfield. Estimated Rate of Pay: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 This position is exempt; the range above reflects annual salary. The pay range displayed for this position is determined by skills and experience required, location and job complexity. Potential job offers may vary based on the skills, education, and experience an individual candidate holds. This range reflects base rate only, and does not include allowances, perks, commissions or bonuses applicable to this position (if any). Fairfield complies with all wage and hour laws, including minimum wage and salary exempt requirements.
