Saturday - Wednesday 3 PM - 11 PM

Starting Pay is $26.00 Per Hour / Paid Orientation / Paid Training / Opportunity For Advancement

Ideal Candidate Has Previous Security/GSOC Experience

As a Security Officer - in Lexington, MA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Dispatch Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help maintain a secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, operating alarm panels, and managing access control, all while delivering outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

• Monitor and coordinate communications for the location, dispatching security-related personnel as needed to various incidents and requests.
• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining clear communication with all involved parties.
• Maintain detailed logs and records of all calls, incidents, and dispatch activities for the location.
• Assist security-related personnel by providing information, support, and coordination during incidents and/or emergencies.
• Communicate with on-site staff and management to relay important updates and instructions as situations develop.
• Conduct regular checks of communication equipment and systems to help to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
