A Brief Overview
This role will be responsible for financial management, operational planning, administrative leadership support, managerial oversight, business and program development, and strategic planning related to clinical and research activities - including outreach, marketing, website, billing, and compliance initiatives.

What you will do

  • Business Operations & Strategy

Oversee Frontier Program operations and strategic initiatives, including planning, metrics tracking, external partnerships, conference participation, marketing, outreach, and recruitment efforts.

  • Clinical Operations & Management

Optimize clinical workflows, scheduling, and patient experience; support fellowship development; manage data, reporting tools, supplies, and collaboration on program website and communications.

  • Research Operations & Management

Coordinate clinical research trials and lab transitions; support research personnel and logistics; manage data systems, databases, SOPs, quality assurance, and progress reporting for all studies.

  • Administrative Leadership Support

Manage program infrastructure, project execution, staffing support, job descriptions, meeting coordination, process improvements, and ongoing tracking of key program metrics.

  • Communication

Serve as primary communication lead and liaison across clinical, research, administrative, and external partners; manage internal/external communications, events, educational materials, and web content.

  • Financial Management

Oversee program budgets, financial planning, reporting, revenue/expense reconciliation, financial analysis, and collaboration with managed care, research, and hospital finance teams.

Education Qualifications

  • High School Diploma / GED Required
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred

Experience Qualifications

  • At least three (3) years Relevant work experience Required

Skills and Abilities

  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills. (Required proficiency)
  • Communicates with contacts typically within the department with matters that involve obtaining or providing information requiring explanation or interpretation in order to reach agreement. (Required proficiency)
  • May work to influence parties within own job function at an operational level. (Required proficiency)
  • May have responsibility for communicating with parties external to CHOP (vendors, customers). (Required proficiency)
  • Ability to handle a portfolio of multiple projects with aggressive timelines. (Required proficiency)
  • Model a flexible approach to achieving outcomes (Required proficiency)
  • Excellent relationship builder with highly collaborative, inclusive approach. (Required proficiency)
  • Experience managing external vendors / vendor relationships. (Preferred proficiency)

$89,840.00 - $114,550.00 Annually

Salary ranges are shown for full-time jobs. If you're working part-time, your pay will be adjusted accordingly.
