We're looking for a Program Manager: Quality and Regulatory to join our forward-thinking Quality and Regulatory Affairs global function. This is an exciting opportunity to lead impactful programs, drive compliance, and help shape the future of our PMO capabilities. What will you be doing?

  • Lead global level programs from concept to completion ensuring alignment with organizational priorities

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams across the business

  • Deliver programs focused on regulatory and quality compliance; starting with the efficient processing of advertising and promotional materials

  • Support initiatives to achieve the company's Sterilization Strategy

  • Lead future programs as assigned from Q/RA portfolio

  • Establishing governance frameworks to support program delivery whilst ensuring adherence to global standards

  • Develop and standardize program proposals, delivery documentation and frameworks

  • Champion best practices and serve as a change agent to build a network of project delivery champions within the Q/RA organization

What will you need to be successful?

  • 3-5 years of proven experience managing multiple projects with interdependencies

  • 8-10 years of business experience across diverse roles

  • Strong leadership skills to coordinate large, multidisciplinary teams

  • Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels and drive consistent methodologies

  • A drive to succeed by focusing on the goal of the project and leading the team

  • Experience in highly regulated environments; medical device Q/RA experience is a plus

  • Project management certification preferred (e.g., PMI, PRINCE II)

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $111,625 -$167,437.50 USD annually. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role at Smith + Nephew. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate. In addition to base pay, we provide competitive bonus and benefits, which include medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401k, tuition reimbursement, medical leave programs, parental leave, and generous PTO, paid company holidays annually and 8 hours of Volunteer time and a variety of wellness offerings such as EAP.
