Your role

As a Customer Service Representative, your mission is to deliver accurate, timely, and professional support to customers and internal teams. This role ensures that sales orders, RMAs, credits, invoices and customer inquiries are processed efficiently, while maintaining proactive communication, attention to detail, and a positive customer experience. The CSR plays a critical role in upholding company standards, preventing delays, and supporting smooth business operations from order entry through delivery and invoicing. You will report to Customer Service Manager.

You will



  • Process sales orders for multiple accounts, ensuring correct pricing, materials, ship-to addresses and shipping requirements.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of compressed air systems and associated components.

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally, providing status updates, pricing, lead times, product availability, shipping details, and problem resolution in a courteous and proactive manner.

  • Process credit and RMA requests.

  • Run and review weekly Open Sales Order Reports, following up on aging orders and back-orders.

  • Research and resolve discrepancies related to pricing, quantities, taxes, freight charges, or product availability.

  • Coordinate with internal departments such as Finance, Shipping, Purchasing and Sales to resolve issues or provide updates
  • Perform additional duties as required.

  • 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Associates Degree in Business or equivalent work experience
  • Must be an independent self-starter with a positive attitude.
  • Must be customer-service oriented
  • Have excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong data entry skills.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
  • SAP experience preferred

Job location

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely one day per week and being on-site at our nano facility in Charlotte, NC United States (US).
