Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We're looking for a Risk Analyst I to join our Legal, Risk, Compliance & Audit team and help us unleash the potential of every business.

What you'll own as the Risk Analyst I

* Ensures strategic objectives of risk management program are met including execution of risk assessment activities, coordination of risk response and program testing and validation.
* Reviews significant events and advises business owners of action steps required to prevent future recurrence.
* Performs risk assessments related to the Data Protection, Supplier Management and Enterprise Risk Management programs as well as other consulting projects throughout various risk disciplines while identifying potential issues, control gaps and potential process efficiencies.
* Documents risk analysis and controls and evaluates control design and continuous control improvement.
* Manages specific areas of exposure.
* Conducts regulatory and other assessments for the Corporation.
* Participates in projects designed to mitigate risks including generating action plans for issues/gaps.
* Tracks, coordinates and resolves issues identified in any and all related control, compliance or risk work.
* Develops and maintains knowledge of regulatory requirements.
* Project-oriented and may require a significant amount of overtime at critical times
* Other related duties assigned as needed.

What you'll bring

* Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
* Previous payment risk experience is desired
* 3-5 years applicable work experience
* Comfortable working within a remotely distributed team
* Online risk monitoring experience within the payments/fintech space is desired
* Strong analytical, organizational and communications skills required as well as outstanding interpersonal and human relation skills
* Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, vendors, clients and public

For this full-time position, the good faith estimated annual salary range upon hire is $57,200.00-$84,200.00. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on the role's responsibilities, level, and geographic location. The actual starting salary will be determined by a candidate's experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Please note that changes in work location may impact the final offered salary. We encourage you to consult with your recruiter to confirm the budget for your location and to better understand the applicable pay scale.
