Job Description

As the Go-to-Market Activation Specialist, you'll help bring the Lifecycle Value Promise to life by leading the rollout of performance models across sales and partner networks. This role is centered on driving measurable transformation through strategic program activation, scalable engagement model design, and performance incentives. You'll orchestrate collaboration, oversee change management projects, and build processes that reshape how complex customer and partner engagements are managed, establishing a new benchmark for agreement and execution across the organization. You will report to the Commercial Strategy Manager and have a hybrid schedule working in Milwaukee, WI or Mayfield Heights, OH.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Manage rollout of the performance incentive model and change projects tied to FY26 success.
  • Monitor tool effectiveness and ensure internal operational readiness
  • Ensure tool accuracy and adoption through strategic change management.
  • Create business process plans and use tools to support successful adoption of important programs.
  • Coordinate behavior change programs for distributors, LCS Commercial, LCS global and RA sellers.
  • Build, approve, and implement communication and execution frameworks
  • Maintain rhythm of reviews, and communications to track performance.
  • Develop collaboration plans and scalable opt-in models for complex engagements.
  • Design new processes to manage multi-partner relationships.
  • Review and validate plans for legal viability and operational readiness.
  • Lead approval cycles and implementation planning with internal and external partners.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Years of Relevant Work Experience.
  • Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening
  • Availability for travel 10-20% for distributor partner meetings
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years program management experience leading projects.
  • Change management and partner engagement skills.
  • Build scalable processes and monitor adoption metrics.
  • Experience aligning processes with broader strategic goals.
  • Business insight: apply knowledge of business and the marketplace to promote our goals.

For this role, the Base Salary Compensation is from $88,960 - $133,440 with an annual target bonus of 5% of base salary. Our benefits for the US can be found here. Actual pay will be based on factors such as skills, knowledge, education, and experience.
