Hours & Pay

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

What You'll Do

• Perform surface preparation and finishing on transformers, including sanding, masking, and cleaning
• Apply Bondo, fillers, sealants, and paint touch-ups to achieve smooth and consistent cosmetic results
• Inspect parts for imperfections such as dents, blemishes, or uneven surfaces, and correct them with precision
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure consistent finish standards
• Help develop and refine finishing processes, techniques, and workflow documentation
• Operate spray guns, sanders, and hand tools safely and effectively
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
• Support a hands-on production setting requiring bending, standing, lifting, and regular use of finishing materials

What You Bring

• Previous experience in automotive body repair, industrial finishing, or precision refinishing required
• Strong knowledge of surface prep, Bondo application, sanding, touch-up painting, and cosmetic finishing
• Ability to assess cosmetic defects and determine the best corrective action
• Detail-oriented mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality visual results
• Ability to work independently and contribute to best-practice development
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs

This is a non-entry-level role-experience in detailed/precision painting (such as automotive body shop work) is required.
