Summary:

The Quality Process Audit Supervisor is responsible for ensuring processes are followed by establishing and carrying out checks and systems that enable our associates to perform procedures safely and with high quality across all departments. This role will help develop, lead, and facilitate quality auditing and ensure associates are trained and certified within the fulfillment and manufacturing organization, delivering outstanding execution and excellent associate experience. As we grow and expand our team, this person will ensure each shift has a pipeline of certified training gurus in all areas capable of delivering technical training and ensuring quality procedures are followed. This position will play a lead role in owning and maintaining the skills matrix and quality process audit performance for the organization. This role includes the responsibility to compile results and communicate outcomes and recommendations to management.

Pay Class and Pay

Pay Class: Full Time Pay: $24.60 - $26.40 per hour

Essential Responsibilities:
|
Develop and execute quality process audits and rotation cycles across the factory Participate, support, and assist in EHS and safety programs as identified by the Sr. Manager EHS Lead activities to identify individuals demonstrating training competencies to build a pipeline of training gurus Perform daily check-ins with new hires through certification, and tabulate results to be shared with management. Design, develop, and deliver certification objectives to gurus that will train associates in all positions facility-wide. Develop, monitor, and manage a skills matrix for each position. Identify performance gaps, evaluate the effectiveness of training performance measures, prepare reports, including recommendations, and disseminate findings to management. Complete detailed assessments for each shift to determine overall needs, as well as facility-specific needs; compile results and communicate outcomes and recommendations to management Partner with Human Resources regarding the effectiveness of recruiting, hiring, orientation, and onboarding processes, to reduce turnover and improve productivity. Facilitate "train-the-trainer" workshops to certify trainer candidates in the content and delivery of technical and soft skills training programs Work with management to design, develop, and deliver an effective temp-to-hire program to optimize temp skills and training.

Education:
|
BA/BS Degree preferred Equivalent work experience may serve in lieu of degree requirement Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) credential preferred Lean Six Sigma Certification and/or experience preferred
|
Experience & Background:
|
3-5 years technical training experience in a manufacturing facility environment 2-4 years minimum experience involving organizational and professional development Computer proficiency in PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Office, Graphic Presentations, Internet as well as technical training
|
Language Skills:
|
Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions, correspondence, and/or memos is required, as is the capacity to write similar correspondence relaying opportunities or findings. Ability to interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively and present information in one-on-one or before groups of Associates of the organization Bilingual ability, particularly in Spanish, is desirable.
