Your Tasks

The Gifting Marketing Executive is responsible for the creation, development, and commercial evaluation of the entire Gifting portfolio at the individual pack level, encompassing both Christmas and year-round offerings. This role plays a key part in shaping and delivering the Gifting marketing strategy, supporting execution across PR, digital channels, and in-store communications.



Gift Pack Product Range Development



  • Complete development of gifting range for all Gifting occasions to deliver on strategy.
  • Owner of the pack concept ensuring it is insight led, managing and developing artwork and design in conjunction with International.
  • Giving gift development team clear brief (costs, timings, volumes etc.) to manage completion of packs from creation through to production.
  • Completing insight analysis on price points within the market as well as current trends and consumer insights.



Commercial Feasibility Ownership



  • Management and delivery of Gifting range ensuring range delivers on sales and profit.



Gifting Marketing Plan



  • To support on the development and execution of insight led UK marketing plans.
  • To lead in the development and execution of for a total Gifting platform to include, Digital, PR and Instore comms.



Stakeholder Management



  • Partnering cross functionally to ensure a collaborative approach to gifting, working closely with the commercial teams ensuring customer and colleague alignment.
  • Manage the UK design agency relationship, building a trusted partnership across both Female and Male ranges.


Your Profile

  • A background in Marketing is advantageous.
  • Driven and passionate.
  • Creative with a strong commercial awareness.
  • Confident in presenting and coaching.
  • Able to analyse data and identify trends and solutions.
  • Strong relationship management.
