General Purpose of Role Bluebeam Administration: Set up and manage sessions for P&IDs and PFDs; Rights for process and other disciplines; Training; Create symbols to match CAD standards; Management of Change (MOC) log. P&IDs and PFDs: Coordinate CAD effort; Track P&ID and PFD revisions and issues; Ensure that project's CAD standards are followed; Back-check drawings; Liaison between SPPID admin, process and other disciplines; Perform consistency checks between PFDs, P&IDs, equipment data sheets and other documents. Technical Support: Maintain process equipment lists, datasheets and track their revisions; Draw sketches using Bluebeam, Visio or Excel; Input data under the guidance of process engineers; Miscellaneous process calculations in Excel; Provide field support (walkdowns, etc.). Administrative Support: Document management (JPI); Single point contact with the client and other disciplines for all process deliverables; Track expended effort hours against the budget by WBS code

Typical Qualifications Technical school graduate with 7+ years relevant experience in area of specialization or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Decision Making Generally characterized as a "Lead" with the ability to conceptually interpret and lead technical support assignments. Performs difficult and highly complex technical support assignments, requiring the application of advanced techniques, and engineering and mathematical principles, in accordance with established standards and procedures.

Supervision Received Works under general supervision and self-initiated technical guidance with regular weekly to monthly interaction with supervisor. Work is not generally supervised in detail and amount of supervision varies depending upon the assignment. Broad duties assigned monthly. Work is occasionally reviewed for accuracy. Usually technical guidance is available to review work programs and advise on unusual features of assignment.

Supervision Authority May exercise work direction over a small number of personnel, involving guidance and instruction on work methods and checking finished work.

Communication Seasoned ability to inform and persuade on complex matters comes from recognition as subject matter expert. Utilized on the most complex, confidential and difficult problems.

Systems, Processes &

Tools Advanced understanding of systems, processes and tools related to field. Able to assist others and troubleshoot issues. May be involved in the development of new systems, processes and tools.
