Oversee Electric Vehicle Maintenance for all Electric Vehicles on site including monitoring current charge levels and scheduling and rotating vehicles through charging stations.

Schedule 0800-1700 Monday-Friday (***Wednesday 0700-1600***)

  • Monitor and track the State of Charge (SOC) for all EV units
  • Schedule and rotate EVs through charging stations to maintain optimal charge levels
  • Intercept and prioritize units approaching critical charge thresholds
  • Maintain and report on EV readiness, charging trends, and charger utilization
  • Serve as the point of contact for EV-related inquiries and coordination
  • Train drivers on EV handling, safety protocols, and proper charging procedures
  • Collaborate with Lot Operations leadership to implement and refine EV Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines and auction safety standards


Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED and 3 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline; or 5 years' experience in a related field


USD 16.20 - 24.28 per hour

Compensation:

Hourly base pay rate is $16.20 - $24.28/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

Benefits:

Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
