The LATAM GeoZone Finance Leader will serve as the strategic finance partner for the OFSE LATAM GeoZones, providing financial leadership, operational insight, and commercial support across the region. Based in Houston, TX, this role reports directly to the OFSE GeoZones Executive Finance Leader and plays a critical role in driving financial performance, supporting business growth, and ensuring alignment with global OFSE priorities. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Strategic Finance Leadership Lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance management for the North America GeoZone Partner with GeoZone leadership to drive strategic initiatives, growth opportunities, and operational efficiency Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making and resource allocation Operational & Commercial Support Support regional commercial teams with pricing strategies, deal reviews, and margin analysis Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and functional teams to drive cost control and productivity Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with internal controls Global Coordination & Governance Align regional finance activities with global OFSE standards and segment priorities Drive consistency in financial processes, tools, and reporting across the GeoZone Represent Finance in regional leadership forums and cross-functional initiatives Team Leadership & Development Lead and develop a high-performing regional finance team Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement Support talent development and succession planning within the GeoZone Finance organization QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred) 10+ years of progressive experience in in finance leadership roles, ideally within industrial or energy sectors Strong understanding of product line economics, commercial finance, and operational drivers Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams Experience managing teams across multiple locations and working in a matrixed organization Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills Grade : 05 Baker Hughes Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
