We are seeking a *Program Manager* to lead the successful delivery of large-scale *Merger & Acquisition (M&A)* initiatives. This role will oversee a key capability workstream within a broader integration program, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution, governance, and delivery of strategic outcomes. *Responsibilities:* Lead the end-to-end delivery of a major M&A workstream. Collaborate with Product Managers and Technical Leads to align on scope, timelines, and execution. Manage all program activities using *Jira* (non-negotiable). Track upstream and downstream dependencies to ensure seamless integration. Maintain visibility into financials, risks, and milestones. Implement governance models and tools to manage scope, issues, and communication. Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders. What are we looking for? We are looking for people who thrive in a fast-paced environment, are client-focused, team oriented, and are able to execute in a way that encourages creativity and continuous improvement. *Required Skills & Experience:* * *7-10 years of Program Management* experience in complex, cross-functional environments. * *Expertise in Jira* for task tracking, reporting, and team collaboration. * Experience driving delivery of new capabilities or systems in a fast-paced setting. * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. *Preferred Qualifications:* * Experience in *Mergers & Acquisitions* or post-merger integration. * *Experience in Financial Services*, *Wealth Management*, or *Fintech*. * Familiarity with governance tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Planview, LogicGate, RSA Archer). * Exposure to dashboards (Power BI, Tableau), risk/compliance platforms, or integration playbooks. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* 1. Knowledge of Wealth Management space is a nice to have. Financial services in general will give a potential candidate an edge 2. Governance tools (nothing specific from the manager but any governance tools is a nice to have) *Experience Level* Expert Level *Job Type & Location* This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Mill, SC. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $72.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
