Senior Manager Operations Finance, USCA

As the Senior Manager Operations Finance, USCA, you will hold a critical leadership role within the Global Operations Finance organization and will manage direct reports. The Operations Finance team provides several critical services to the USCA businesses including accurate accounting for manufacturing and distribution costs, accurate product costing for all inventoriable items to promote strategic pricing and commercial decisions, analysis of operations performance and strategic decision support, and serving as a strategic operations partner to lead efficiency of facility cost structure and inventory. You will report to the Director, Global Costing and Americas Operations Finance, and will work with global costing teams, business unit finance and important operations partners. This position is based at our Pittsburgh, PA headquarters and you will work a hybrid work schedule.

Main Responsibilities:

• Direct oversight of USCA operations finance organization. Provide strategic vision for organizational design. Provide leadership and development of a highly engaged team.
• Provide strategic analysis and support to operations stakeholders to improve productivity results and balance sheet (inventory and capital) efficiency
• Improve productivity of the team through continuous improvement across all activities, including improved use of new tools (CFIN, Anaplan, Power BI)
• Compliance with internal controls and corporate policies
• Engage with business unit and operations leaders to ensure quality service is being provided and meeting or exceeding expectations
• Provide training, feedback and education to team members on important deliverables of the organization
• Ensure accounting activities (journal entries, account reconciliations, audit requirements) are completed with high level of accuracy
• Deliver accurate standard costing and related analytics to relevant business unit stakeholders
• Develop talent to meet needs of critical partners

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related discipline.
• 10+ years of functional, or comparable, experience.
• Experience with ERP Systems (Oracle, SAP).
• Demonstrated knowledge of continuous improvement concepts.
• Knowledge of accounting and control processes with a large, complex organization.
• Experience working with multiple sources of diverse and complex information to resolve issues.
• Experience with the financial closing cycle, audit processes and control environment knowledge.
• Ability to travel throughout the US up to 20 percent.
