- The client is looking for someone to assist with the weekly inventory of the label closet (count items), Release production orders in SAP (from a spreadsheet) with an alert of any shortage (can teach the SAP, has to be comfortable with a computer), order office supplies, order coffee supplies, and sort and staple paperwork.
- Proceeds with all day-to-day functional, specific operations, and applies IT systems.
- Prepares specialised routine reports, correspondence, and statistics.
- Maintains records and filing systems; types and enters data into computer systems, including Office applications or specialised software packages.
- Completes routine reports to support decision processes in the area assigned.
- Performs the administration of programs, projects, and processes specific to the organisation unit served.
- This position can be found in various organisational settings and job families, including EHS, R&D, Marketing, IT, Sales, Legal, Project Management, HR, Finance, Customer Services, and others.
- Selects from among clear choices based upon defined procedures and practices, to address changing work situations appropriately.

Required Skills / Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with the Microsoft suite.
