Job Summary:
We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to provide technical documentation support and evaluate concessions and non-conforming parts in our manufacturing facility. This role requires hands-on experience and the ability to perform data analysis to identify root causes and improve manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
*Provide technical documentation support for manufacturing processes.
*Evaluate and analyze concessions and non-conforming parts to determine corrective actions.
*Perform data analysis to identify root causes of issues and implement process improvements.
*Support shop floor operations and manufacturing activities.
*Read and interpret manufacturing prints, ensuring compliance with design standards.
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product engineering and manufacturing efficiency.

Required Qualifications:
*Manufacturing experience with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and non-conforming parts.
*Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of design for manufacturing concepts.
*Hands-on experience in a shop/manufacturing environment.
*Ability to read and interpret manufacturing prints.
*Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
*Strong data analysis skills and attention to detail.

Desired Qualifications:
*B.S. in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
*1 or more years of relevant work experience as a Process or Manufacturing Engineer.
*Experience with SAP.
*Experience creating and updating technical documents and reports.
*Understanding of product engineering concepts and manufacturing processes.
