This position requires a strong blend of technical acumen, sales leadership, and operational excellence. You will be directly accountable for enabling your team to act as "Full-Stack Technical Partners" who drive initial utilization and achieve the collective incremental consumption quota.

Your mission is to ensure your team moves beyond transactional support, acting as trusted strategic advisors who accelerate customer time-to-value using AI-augmented methodologies.

  • GTM Strategy & Product Influence: Serve as a primary technical feedback channel, synthesizing field intelligence (insights from the Consumption SEs' "key feedback loop") and collaborating closely with Product Management and GTM leadership to influence future product development and sales strategies.

  • Process Optimization: Identify recurring adoption bottlenecks and systemic challenges, leading efforts to develop and scale automated, outcome-based outreach programs and architectural best practice content.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between the Consumption SE team and core stakeholders (Acquisition Sales, Expansion Sales, Professional Services, etc.), ensuring effective resource orchestration to support the team's strategic account goals.

III. Metrics Accountability & Reporting

    • Time-to-Production (Go-Live) for initial customer Use Cases.
