Responsibilities:

  • Partner with site leadership to implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and foster a positive, high-performance culture
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for warehouse, maintenance, and leadership positions, including onboarding and new hire orientation
  • Support employee relations, investigations, performance management, and coaching conversations
  • Develop and implement HR programs focused on safety, attendance, retention, and compliance
  • Track and analyze HR metrics such as turnover, time-to-fill, and employee engagement, providing actionable insights
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Collaborate with regional HR and corporate teams on training, benefits, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Serve as a culture ambassador, promoting organizational values and supporting a positive work environment


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (HR certification preferred)
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in manufacturing, distribution, or large-scale operations
  • Proven expertise in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Knowledge of employment law, HR systems (Workday or similar), and data-driven HR practices
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills
