Pay: $20 - $26 per hour

Schedule: 2nd Shift | 3 PM - 11:30 PM

Key Responsibilities



  • Perform maintenance and repairs in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and preventive maintenance procedures
  • Conduct routine furnace checks and complete work orders accurately
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by production team members
  • Assist in developing preventive maintenance procedures for furnace systems
  • Manufacture survey thermocouples, production thermocouples, and testing thermocouples per work instructions
  • Build and repair refractory linings, fiber modules, and cast shapes to specifications
  • Prepare and set up survey stands as required
  • Support contractors during refractory installation and maintenance



Skills & Qualifications



  • Ability to read and understand safety procedures, maintenance manuals, and operating instructions
  • Able to prepare routine reports and communicate clearly
  • Strong math skills, including basic geometry and algebra calculations (percentages, measurements, etc.)
  • Problem-solving ability with hands-on work and non-standard tasks
  • Ability to follow written, verbal, and diagram-based instructions
  • Able to lift 50 pounds


Experience & Education



  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 2 years of related experience
