What You'll Do

As a key member of our Operations Technology team, you'll support and optimize Amazon's warehouse systems and automation tools. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing Level 2 support for Ubuntu-based hardware, weight scales, Cubiscan, and other tech systems.
  • Offering first-level support for Amazon WMS, Auto Sorter, and Green Grass servers.
  • Diagnosing and resolving system issues-software, mechanical, electrical, or connectivity-related.
  • Coordinating with Amazon and external suppliers to resolve incidents and minimize downtime.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert during new project implementations and daily operations.
  • Training warehouse operators on automation systems and best practices.
  • Monitoring system performance and recommending improvements.
  • Documenting incidents, configurations, and maintenance activities.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
  • Supporting integration testing during commissioning phases with Amazon WMS.
What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who's hands-on, proactive, and thrives in a collaborative environment. You'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems or IT, or equivalent technical training.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting Amazon WMS and automation systems (Auto Sorter, Green Grass, Ubuntu).
  • Strong knowledge of Ubuntu/Linux systems and warehouse hardware (scales, label printers, RF guns, Cubiscan).
  • Familiarity with warehouse automation (sorters, conveyors) and system integration.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, and software domains.
  • Ability to read technical schematics and diagrams.
  • Strong communication skills for training and coordination.
  • A can-do attitude, eagerness to learn, and methodical approach to problem-solving.
  • Willingness to provide on-call support during critical periods.

Pay Range: $75,000 - $80,000*

*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
