You are responsible for the coordination of education offerings including all aspects / logistics of learning management. This position also supports organizational development initiatives such as onboarding, talent management, and change management initiatives

Education:

  • High School Diploma / GED

Experience:

  • Proactive problem solving skills, excellent follow-through skills and the ability to think out of the box required.
  • Meticulous attention to detail required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Exec, PowerPoint, Outlook) required.
  • Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of staff.
  • Must speak clearly and persuasively, be able to listen effectively, get clarification, respond effectively to questions and work collaboratively with peers.
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects and work independently with minimal guidance.
  • Previous administrative experience with a healthcare background preferred.
