    Based in Mebane, North Carolina, the Production Scheduler will play a key role in supporting the CTO Switchboard and Power Panel production lines. This position is responsible for managing and reviewing open orders throughout the full production lifecycle-from order entry to final shipment. The scheduler will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across the factory to drive operational efficiency, meet business objectives, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

    Your responsibilities

    • Create and maintain detailed production schedules for CTO Switchboard and Power Panels.

    • Based on operational sequence order parts needed from the warehouse using SFX.

    • Monitors schedule adherence, identifies key root causes for deviations and takes follow-up improvement actions

    • Feed information on production capacity issues to the supervisor and operations manager.

    • Provide accurate information regarding material available to supervisor.

    • Execute daily, plant-level materials requirement planning (MRP) to create and manage production requirements to meet the production delivery schedules.

    • Monitor inventory levels daily based on demand. Work with Procurement, Materials Management, and Operations to optimize material availability and resolve any issues that may affect the schedule.

    • Make any necessary adjustments or corrections to the schedule.

    • Identify problems and assist with the improvement of actions.

    • Participate in and/or run weekly meetings.

    Your background

    • Authorized to legally work in the US.

    • 3 years' experience in a Manufacturing environment.

    • Must be familiar and have practical experience with SAP, SFC, SFX and Windchill, and other applicable software.

    • Strong Microsoft skills.

    • Strong interpersonal skills.

    • Must be self-motivated with a high level of engagement.

    • Adept problem-solving skills.

    • Ability to collaborate with multiple departments and work teams.

    • Experience in dealing with the cultural diversity of a global business environment.
