Job Summary:
Seekinga motivated Entry-Level Instructional Designer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging educational materials and courses that enhance learning experiences. This role involves working closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to design, develop, and implement instructional content.


Essential Functions:


  • Developand design instructional materials and courses based on learning objectives.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
  • Utilize instructional design models and best practices to create effective learning experiences.
  • Conduct needs assessments and learner analyses to tailor content to the target audience.
  • Review and revise existing materials to improve instructional quality and effectiveness.
  • Assist in the integration of multimedia and interactive elements into course content.
  • Develop testing and evaluation instruments.
  • Ensure that all training meets regulatory and safety compliance requirements.
  • Develop a working knowledge of the business and a thorough understanding of learning resources.
  • Work with supervision to define and manage project timelines, resources, deliverables, and competing priorities and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Perform other assigned duties commensurate with skill level.



Education:

  • Bachelor'sdegree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.



Experience:

  • Internshipor project experience in instructional design or e-learning development is preferred but not required.
  • Basicunderstanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and educational technologies.



Competencies:

  • Proficiencyin instructional design principles and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with e-learning development tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret learning needs.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Creativity and problem-solving abilities.
  • Work independently and collaboratively with others with integrity, enthusiasm, active listening, and empathy.
  • Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, and listen actively.
  • Perform tasks and solve problems under supervision to work effectively with all levels.
  • Maintain positive and professional working relationships.
  • Demonstrate willingness to learn continuously, understand business philosophy and apply knowledge to create effective solutions and tools.
  • Treat confidential information in a discrete and appropriate manner.
  • Able to use personal computer software proficiently.
  • Demonstrate commitment to compliance with applicable laws and regulations, the Company's Ethics and Compliance Code of Conduct.
  • Demonstrate respect for all individuals, adhere to the Company's values and business practices.
  • Provide support to emergency restoration activities
