The successful candidate for this position will be involved in providing our client support with coordinating and facilitating Resource Agency Quarterly meetings. 
In the role of Administrative Project Coordinator, we'll count on you to:

Type, format and organize project documents, reports, specifications and correspondence  Create and maintain paper and electronic files Apply company quality assurance guidelines and procedures for project document management Facilitate quarterly meetings, including scheduling teleconferences, coordinating meeting logistics, attending meetings and taking minutes Exhibit professionalism with clients Work with multiple Project Managers and project teams as needed Local travel to Client Headquarters and HDR office. Perform other duties as needed  
     
    Preferred Qualifications 
       Bachelor's Degree Knowledge of data collection interpretation analysis and presentation Strong skills with conceptual organization problem solving and research abilities, prioritization and communication Comfortable with public speaking and meeting facilitation Ability to work independently and as part of a team  
        
   Required Qualifications 
      - Associate degree in a closely related field or combination of education and relevant experience 
 - A minimum of 1 years related experience 
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel 
 - An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
