Overview

Element San Bernardino is seeking a Master Scheduler to lead project planning, resource coordination, and productivity tracking to ensure alignment with customer schedules. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills to support a fast-paced and dynamic environment through effective forecasting, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement

Salary: $75,000 - $95,000/yr DOE



Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain accurate project schedules
* Monitor daily productivity and support on-time delivery
* Coordinate materials, manage BOMs, and identify long-lead items
* Collaborate with Project Managers on delivery timelines
* Track cross-functional training and skill matrices
* Support resource planning and headcount forecasting
* Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
* Develop dashboards and performance metrics
* Forecast revenue, productivity, EBITDA, and on-time delivery
* Perform tasks as assigned by Supervisor or Manager
* Manage throughput capacity including staffing levels are adequate to support customer demands


Skills / Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of five (3) year similar job experience preferably in an aerospace manufacturing environment or a combination of education and work experience.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in production scheduling, project management, or operations
* Proven experience with instrumentation, data, and control systems
* Strong understanding of blueprints, P&IDs, CAD drawings, and schematics
* Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
* Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
* Solid communication skills (verbal and written)
* Basic math and reasoning abilities
* Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or off shifts as needed
