  • Collaborate with FAA program offices, system developers, and integration teams to align modernization efforts with controller and traffic management workflows.

  • Participate in the planning, design, and implementation of next-generation ATC and traffic management capabilities.

  • Translate operational requirements into system and program objectives, ensuring solutions meet field user needs.

  • Support FAA modernization initiatives by identifying operational risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.

  • Contribute to strategic planning and business development efforts to expand Peraton's role in FAA mission areas.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with FAA operational leaders, regional managers, and key industry stakeholders.

  • Represent Peraton at FAA technical and operational working groups, program reviews, and stakeholder forums.

  • Monitor program performance, cost, and schedule to ensure deliverables align with FAA objectives and expectations.

  • Support proposal development and pre-sales activities by defining operational use cases, performance metrics, and user benefits.

  • Communicate effectively with FAA leadership and Peraton management on progress, performance, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizenship Required.
  • Must have the ability to obtain / maintain a Public Trust clearance
  • Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA
  • 10+ years of experience in air traffic control, traffic management, or aviation operations, including work with FAA systems and procedures.

  • Deep understanding of NAS operations, traffic flow management, and ATC system dependencies.

  • Proven ability to liaise between technical and operational communities to align system design with mission needs.

  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.

  • Demonstrated success in managing or supporting FAA or other federal aviation programs.

  • Experience with strategic planning, program oversight, and performance reporting.
