About The Role

Summary

The Corporate Commercial Card Support Supervisor leads the Commercial Credit Card Support Team, including call center staff, overseeing application review, account setup, and daily workflow to meet SLA targets. This role manages all customer support channels-phone, email, and call center operations, ensuring consistent, professional, and accurate service. As part of the Customer Experience (CX) department, the Supervisor fosters a customer-first culture to drive acquisition and engagement.

This is a Corporate position located in Billings, MT. The entry rate for this position is $73,481.68 + / per year (calculated for Billings, MT).

All compensation offers are analyzed individually and take into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to geographic location, years of experience, and educational background.

Description

  • Customer Support - Lead with a passion for customer support, fostering a team culture focused on delivering friendly, professional, and efficient service to commercial card customers and Division personnel. Supervise all customer support channels, including phone and call center operations, to ensure consistent, high-quality service aligned with our customer experience standards. Ensure team provides friendly, professional, prompt, efficient, and accurate service. Manages the Commercial Card Support Specialist processing of incoming customer correspondence, mail, department's support inbox, reporting, and the requested maintenance and/or responses to the appropriate parties.
  • Leadership - Lead with purpose by empowering and developing the Commercial Credit Card Support team. Foster a collaborative, customer-focused culture that values accountability, continuous improvement, and professional growth. Provide strategic leadership through effective training, thoughtful staff scheduling, and informed staffing decisions that support both team success and organizational goals. Supervisory activities include training, hiring, directing job assignments, monitoring staff performance, monitoring and escalating staffing needs, coaching, counseling, training, disciplining as necessary, quality control, performance appraisals, etc
  • Credit Application Processing - Provide strategic oversight of the review and processing of business and commercial credit card applications and increase requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established policies and procedures. Lead the team with a customer-focused mindset, promoting accountability and operational excellence. Ensure timely and precise input of new accounts into the processing system, while fostering a culture of quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
  • Procedures - Researches, evaluates, and recommends new procedures for the efficient and effective operation of the commercial credit card program. Update procedures on a regular basis to maintain current documents at all times.
  • Miscellaneous - Support cross-functional projects and initiatives, and perform additional credit card or administrative duties as assigned by the Commercial Card Operations Manager.
  • Must comply with all company policies and procedures and all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control. Must complete the assigned online training courses and achieve a passing score by due date.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Starting salary is dependent upon relevant experience and may vary based on the geographic location of the position.
