Branch Manager - RelaDyne

RelaDyne is seeking a Branch Manager to lead operations, drive sales, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role oversees all branch functions-operations, warehouse, sales, and customer service-to achieve financial goals, operational excellence, and team development.

  Lead and develop a high-performing team through coaching, training, and performance management.

  Oversee daily operations for efficiency, safety, and profitability.

  Manage inventory, logistics, and equipment maintenance to ensure compliance and reliability.

  Partner with sales teams to grow market share, retain customers, and meet revenue goals.

  Ensure facility standards, safety compliance (OSHA/DOT), and adherence to company policies.

  Monitor KPIs and implement best practices for continuous improvement.

  Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  Proven experience in operations, logistics, or branch management.
