Joining Collibra's Legal team- Collibra's Legal team is a collaborative group of high-performing, service-oriented attorneys who act as trusted advisors to all areas of the business. We are seeking an experienced SaaS-based commercial contracting attorney to lead our global commercial legal function. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will manage a team of talented commercial contracting attorneys in the US and Europe, and collaborate with our global sales leadership to ensure our customer contracting process both protects Collibra's interests and enables customers to purchase our products and services with ease. The role presents a significant opportunity for a motivated attorney to gain high-profile leadership experience and a deep understanding of the data privacy, AI, intellectual property, liability, and compliance considerations that inform a trailblazing SaaS company serving some of the most sophisticated and highly regulated organizations in the world. This role is either remote or a hybrid role based in our Raleigh or New York office if the candidate is located in one of those regions. Our hybrid model means you'll work from the office at least two days each week. This setup helps us stay connected, work more closely together, and keep making progress as a team.
