Job Description:

You are excited about this opportunity because...

  • You will drive the People team's efforts to maintain transparency, coordination, and accountability within People and across other functions through thoughtful program design, clear communication, and data-driven decision making.

  • You get to build the plane while flying it, managing day-to-day operational excellence while identifying opportunities to continuously improve or completely rethink our People strategy.

  • You appreciate data! You will design dashboards, track key metrics, and use relevant insights to inform strategic People decisions in partnership with teams across the company.

  • You are motivated by ambitious projects, driven to improve the way teams work, and are eager to continuously improve.

We're excited about you because...

  • You excel at translating executive vision and high-level concepts into actionable project plans, filling in details through design, implementation, and change management to drive results across the business.

  • You're a strong collaborator and communicator with the gravitas and expertise to build cross-functional partnerships and trusted relationships with colleagues, and you know how to facilitate productive discussions with stakeholders at all levels.

  • You operate independently, executing on day-to-day tasks with attention to detail while also exploring improvements for the future, setting clear ambitious goals and measuring impact across multiple dimensions.

  • You are comfortable with data analytics and skilled in spreadsheets, slides, and dashboarding tools.

  • You ask questions when you don't understand, study concepts that are new to you, and proactively learn from colleagues who have expertise you don't.

  • You want to be coached and you seek regular feedback; you own your actions.

  • You operate with a high degree of integrity and professionalism, and are deliberate about matters of discretion and transparency.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience managing complex project portfolios, including coordinating timelines, resources, and deliverables across multiple teams and initiatives.

  • Proficiency working with raw data and turning it into actionable insights and compelling visuals to drive business outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, with exceptional organizational skills, flexibility, and poise under pressure.

  • Comfort executing at high speed while navigating or breaking through myriad internal or external bureaucratic barriers.
