Job Description

Role Overview

This hands-on role leads programs that position PCC Fasteners as the employer of choice-attracting and retaining talent who are intelligent, collaborative, accountable, committed to continuous improvement, positive, and action-oriented problem solvers. You'll partner with plant Human Resources to lead initiatives that strengthen engagement, capability, and culture across multiple sites, ensuring we have the best people to make our company successful. This position is based in Santa Ana, CA and reports to the PCC Fasteners VP of Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Embed PCC Pillars: Implement and monitor adoption across sites to reinforce integrity, teamwork, and accountability.
  • Develop Talent Pipelines: Build partnerships with schools and community organizations; create internships and pre-apprenticeship programs.
  • Manage Training: Maximize ETP funding, maintain training calendars, and ensure timely delivery of programs.
  • Foster Engagement: Support leaders in creating a high-performance, inclusive culture.
  • Ensure Compliance: Conduct EthicsPoint investigations and provide interim HR coverage when needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred).
  • 5+ years in HR, organizational development, or talent management in manufacturing.
  • Experience with workforce development, ETP funding, and training design.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including:
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems, collaborate effectively, and think strategically to drive business results.
  • Proven expertise in change management and coaching to support organizational transformation and employee growth.
  • Strong influencing skills with the ability to engage and gain buy-in from stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Success Metrics

  • Effective PCC Pillars adoption at all locations.
  • Partnerships with 5+ schools annually; 10% increase in pipeline hires.
  • 95% on-time training delivery; 80% ETP funding utilization.
  • EthicsPoint investigations completed within 30 days.
  • Maintain a Voluntary Turnover Rate of less than 10%

For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $155,000 to $180,000 US Dollar (USD) Salaried based on a variety of factors. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company's Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 3X the Company's bonus multiple, based on the Company's performance in the applicable quarter . Employees will receive 120 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company's 401(k) plan.

This position requires use of information or access to production processes subject to national security controls under U.S. export control laws and regulations (including, but not limited to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR)).
