Purpose

The Senior Manager of Partnership Development leads strategic initiatives and cross-functional efforts to expand, sustain, and enhance OnRamps partnerships across Texas and beyond. Oversees the development and implementation of systems, tools, and personnel to ensure high-quality service, partner satisfaction, and alignment with OnRamps' mission and strategic goals in close collaboration with the Director and Executive Director.

Responsibilities
  • Leads the execution of strategic initiatives for partnership acquisition, retention and growth in alignment with the OnRamps strategic plan. Develop, implement and monitor systems to support partner success and sustainability. Apply market trends and data insights to shape long-term partnership development aligned with OnRamps' goals. Lead cross-functional projects that support implementation, continuous improvement, and innovation.

  • Oversees tools, resources, and communication systems to ensure quality support for stakeholders. Ensures current documentation of targets, activities, and outcomes. Provides regular reports of progress and makes recommendations in support of sustainability, growth, and goal attainment. Creates forms, tools and guidelines to capture required documentation and streamline communication.Represents the organization at high-level meetings and conferences to share insights and innovations.

  • Analyzes data, evaluates and documents outcomes through recurrent issue tracking and reporting. Uses data to make recommendations, guides strategies and needs for intervention, and applies continuous improvement principles to areas of responsibility in support of sustainability, growth, effectiveness, and goal attainment with stakeholders.

  • Manages high-level partnership portfolios, including regional and statewide networks. Facilitates networks of partners to foster collaboration and shared innovation. Documents and monitors caseload and provides effective communication with new and existing partners using identified Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

  • Leads assigned team members to meet outcomes aligned with OnRamps strategic priorities. Mentors, coaches, and trains assigned staff to calibrate on departmental expectations and priorities. Calibrates team efforts to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with OnRamps' model.

Required Qualifications
  • Master's degree in education, higher education, policy, or closely related field.

  • Seven or more years of leadership experience in K12 or higher education environments.

  • Experience in scaled partnership development and outreach in K12 or higher education environments.

  • Demonstrated success in leadership of a team.

  • Experience in Texas districts.

Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Doctoral degree in education, higher education, or closely related field.

  • Ten or more years of leadership experience in K12 and higher education environments.

  • Demonstrated success in leadership of a team.

  • 7+ years experience in teaching and leadership roles within a Texas school district or institution of higher education.

Salary

$90,000 + depending on qualifications

Employment Eligibility:

Retirement Plan Eligibility:

The retirement plan for this position is Teacher Retirement System of Texas (TRS), subject to the position being at least 20 hours per week and at least 135 days in length. This position has the option to elect the Optional Retirement Program (ORP) instead of TRS, subject to the position being 40 hours per week and at least 135 days in length.
