Responsibilities Under direct supervision, assists with the releasing of patient medical records while following MNO policy and procedures. Assists in taking incoming calls and directing the caller appropriately. Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards. Demonstrates an understanding of patient confidentiality to protect the patient and clinic/corporation.
SALARY LEVEL: $20 - $26/hour Qualifications

Requires full range of body motion including handling and lifting patients, manual and finger dexterity, and eye-hand coordination. Requires standing and walking for extensive periods of time.
